Homemade Cheese Burger And Chicken Wings

Minced Meat 

Ingredients for Burger

Burger Bun
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese (about a handful)
1 Knorr seasoning cube
1/4 tsp Salt
Grated white Onions
2 Cups Minced Meat
Lettuce washed and dried
2 Large Tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Cheddar Cheese
Oil for cooking the meat

Barbecue Chicken Wings Recipe

12 Chicken Wings

1 tsp White Pepper
1 Scotch Bonnet
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Salt

Instructions

In a bowl, add minced meat with seasoning cube, salt, grated onion, grated cheese and mix until properly incorporated, grab balls of meat and flatten in your palms and set in the refrigerator to rest for about 20-30 minutes. After the meat is rested place a pan on the stove heat up 2 tablespoons of oil, place the meat in the pan and cook flipping from side to side until meat is properly cooked through. Place the cheddar cheese on top while still cooking, once cheese looks slightly melted take it out and place on the bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices and mayonnaise, place the other bun on top...burger is ready.

Instructions for Chicken Wings

Preheat oven at Gas Mark 6. Mix all the ingredients, drop the wings into the flour mixture and coat the chicken properly, place wings on a lined greased oven tray and grill for 40 minutes turning in between time. While chicken is cooking, mix 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup honey in a deep bowl. Bring the wings out of the oven and deep in the mixture, place back on the oven tray and grill for another 20 minutes Gas Mark 9. Serve pipping hot with burger.
NB: I added scotch bonnet only for the adults, my kids do not really care for spicy hot meals. For the Burger, you can use any salad you prefer I do switch it around most times, whatever rocks your boat really...

Mini Pizzas served with Carrots and Avocado. Hey! Happy New Year everyone, welcome to 2018 a special year of favour, blessings, grace, positive energy, happiness, love and great achievements. Did anyone make any New Year Resolutions? I personally did not make any resolutions per say because as a human being I struggle just like anyone else would so I just take everyday as it comes while praying for grace and strength to keep doing the right thing no matter how bad things might get especially with situations you have absolutely no control over, you leave it to fate.
